Refund policy
This refund policy applies only to products purchased on our website.
Items can be returned to us for refund/replacement under the following 2 events:
- Items received were defective
- Items received were incorrect
In addition, refund/returns must be done within 14 days of receipt, and the item un-used with tags still on.
To initiate the refund/returns process, simply email (hi@travelsupplies.com.sg) or sms/whatsapp (+65-81808475) us the order number and a photograph of the defect. We will arrange to pick up the defective/incorrect item and deliver the correct item to you or refund to you the amount you paid.
In the event whereby the purchased item is out of stock, you can choose to exchange for another item that cost the same or less than the purchased item. You can also exchange it for an item that cost more than the purchased item by topping up the difference in price. Alternatively, you can choose to obtain a refund. The refund will be issued via the same payment method that was used to pay for your purchase.
