Warranty and Returns


1. Warranty Policy


Warranty coverage starts on the day full payment is made for the product and ends 1 year after this date.

This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by:

  • misuse, neglect, accidents or abrasion
  • exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water
  • normal wear and tear
  • damage caused by handling by third parties (by airlines or hotels for example).

Inspect your Product immediately after handling by anyone other than you. If damaged in transit, submit a claim to the transit company (which is insured against damaging your product) at the place of arrival, if possible, before clearing customs.

For warranty service at a Service Center, you will need the original proof of purchase. You are responsible for all costs of getting the Product to any such Service Center including, but not limited to, the cost of packaging, shipping and applicable taxes.

The Service Center will determine whether or not the problem is covered by our warranty. If the warranty applies, you will be notified as to whether the Product will be repaired or replaced. Any such repair or replacement will be at our expense, including any costs required to return the repaired or replacement product to you. If the Product is to be replaced and the Product is no longer available, we will substitute a comparable product.

If the product is not under warranty as determined by us, any repairs agreed to or freight costs associated will be at the cost of the owner

We are not responsible for any incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to, damages for personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of use, loss of goodwill, and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable, caused by a product defect

The warranty provided herein is limited to the value of the Product.

Manufacturing specifications are subject to change without notice.

Repairs or modifications performed by anyone other than an Authorised Repair Agent will void this warranty.

Before you deliver your product for warranty service, it is your responsibility to empty your products and verify that you have not left any object or item in the products. We are not responsible for any items left in products sent to us for repair or replacement.

2. Returns Policy

This returns policy applies only to products purchased on our website. 

Items can be returned to us for replacement under the following 2 events:
- Items received were defective
- Items received were incorrect

In addition, returns must be done within 14 days of receipt, and the item un-used with tags still on. 

To initiate the returns process, simply email (sales@travelsupplies.com.sg) or sms/whatsapp (+65-81808475) us the order number and a photograph of the defect. We will arrange to pick up the defective/incorrect item and deliver the correct item to you.

In the event whereby the purchased item is out of stock, you can choose to exchange for another item that cost the same or less than the purchased item. You can also exchange it for an item that cost more than the purchased item by topping up the difference in price. Alternatively, you can choose to obtain a refund. The refund will be issued via the same payment method that was used to pay for your purchase.
